1. Orders and Customisation: Orders must be accurate, including all customisation details. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by customers.  

2. Payments: All prices are in AUD. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.  

3. Shipping and Delivery: We ship within Australia only. Standard, express, and in-store collection options are available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. 

4. Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Customised items are non-refundable unless faulty.  

5. Privacy: We respect your privacy and use your personal information solely for order processing and communication.  

6. Liability: The Trophy Corner is not liable for delays or issues caused by external factors, including couriers or customer-provided inaccuracies.  

7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
